Achievements
An exciting journey to date, our CEO, Victoria Mann won Best Tech Leader at the Wales Technology Awards, 2022 and has been featured in CEO Monthly in July 2022 as Most Influential CEO, 2022.
Back in 2019, NearMeNow were in attendance at the Pitch @ Palace as well as being awarded Best Start Up of the Year and Digital Woman of the Year at the Wales Digital Awards.

Chief Executive Officer
An experienced senior analyst within the finance industry. Victoria founded NearMeNow in 2017 and has worked with hundreds of stakeholders since then to understand the underlying digital needs of our high streets and the businesses within them. An experienced design thinker, Victoria’s creative and analytical approach places NearMeNow at the forefront of town centre digitisation across the UK, if not the globe.
Chief Technology Officer
A veteran of the Finance and IT industry Martin has overseen the development and installation of a range of bespoke systems in national organisations across the road haulage, plant hire and rent-to-own sectors incorporating transactional, stock control and goods importation systems. Martin brings decades of board experience to the team, with a unique perspective that only comes from addressing the demanding, evolutionary needs of scaling businesses.
Operations Director
With over ten years’ experience in heritage culminating in a Masters in Modern History, Rhian has an avid interest in place-focussed post-industrial story-telling. Through structured organisation and robust processes Rhian is the driving force in NearMeNow’s operations and has created a strong foundation on which the growth and expansion plans will thrive.
Commercial Director
Adrian has over ten years’ experience in the regeneration of post-industrial towns and was the driving-force in the transformation of Treorchy from a left behind place into a thriving valleys community. With over twenty years’ experience in the hospitality sector, Adrian brings his commercial acumen and unique skillset to NearMeNow as their in-house sector expert.
